All purchases from Chambers Games are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, unwanted items, or products purchased in error.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Do not discard damaged products or packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Trading Cards, Collectibles & Sealed Products

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales of trading cards, booster packs, booster boxes, sealed products, promotional products, and other collectibles are final.

Minor cosmetic imperfections to exterior packaging, including small dents, scratches, scuffs, or manufacturer wrapping imperfections, are not considered product defects when the contents remain sealed and undamaged.

We cannot guarantee specific cards, rarities, pull rates, or contents inside randomized or sealed products.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled at our discretion if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Chambers Games is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.

If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
